Dragon year started off very very bz.
At work, more bz than usual. With her exe not around anymore, work seem more bz.
Lucky it balance with bz personal life too. From starts of new yr till now, Minz weekend was all booked. Wed swim, sat with her bff, sun family gather, follow by sat cook out, sun sentosa, upcoming sat camp at friend hse and sun wedding dinner. Even follow by next sat, may b going sim lim, and sun facial. Whoa!

1yr later, back to bro hse, back to finish the show Minz last watch on last yr new year. A 26episode seto hanayome, finished finally today, 2yrs later.
Time do flies. Before u realise 365days has passed.
Life before marriage, din seem to continue for Minz bro. He hasn't been watching his beloved anime for a yr. Minz has stopped for long, din expect her bro to stop as well.
Things changes with time, is that a good thing or bad?
Well Minz din receive any date out today unlike 3yrs with R. So Minz assumption of Mk, is right. Shld she continue with the dateline of 14Feb, or she shld stop now?
Thinking through, Minz kinda of been bewitched by her own world. Is he the one she been looking for? Someone who may not be sharing same value of life? Shld she persist?

After chatting with yan, Minz feel very couraged. She is so my BFF!!!
And Minz had made up her mind to buy the bday gift. She has wrapped it up so nice nei!
Nothing expensive nor fancy, just something he uses and hope he will think of Minz when he drink. Lol
Like what she have planned, she will not be stating dwn any name on it.

Let see if he knows who it is from.
By the time he check with everyone, and finally come to Minz, may means he been telling everyone abt his coffee maker at hm, depletion of his capsules or his bday is tat day, and Minz is just another of those everyone. Minz give a dateline as 1.30pm to see if she will receive a “thanks” by then. This tight dateline will also indicated if Minz was the first for him to think of / the mutual understandings.

If she receive after 1.30pm, it may indicate she is just another friend. FRIEND!

That was the plan she has thought ytd. But today waking up, she kinda lost all the hopes and confident to accomplish this mission.
It been 3 days. 3 DAYS!! Again 无声无息.

All the while Minz, always hope she could b in good terms with yellow bird cousin. But 此时此刻，Minz give up.
She not actually deep or cunning, she is just very unstable in her thoughts and behavior. One minute she can b a caring da jie, the next minute she despise Minz.
Seriously her actions doesn't match her talks. She tell u, u must do this and that , but when Minz ask if she doing, is none. She just saying for the sake saying.
And narrowmindless , petty - of the.most simple thing, she ll just jump into conclusion and put words into ur mouth, imagining Minz is a person she believe she is.
Minz have tried to b cautious and helpful to her. Fulfilling her requests, but it just not enough.
She doesn't listen. She doesn't accept. No suggestion or negotiation allowed.
Sy mention something, of which strike Minz. She a suckers to those with strips. Well this do explain her behaviour in meeting and stepping onto her previous co worker and climb up the corporate ladder.
Well she is just not 善男善女。she has a character unreliable in the first place.

Such a awful horrible women.

In the real life of working world, such bitch is all over. U can't avoid meeting one. Minz must learn to be careful and tactful in handling.

It seem like a De Vaju very year.

Almost the same thing, around the same months, keep on happening again and again. What is it trying to tell Minz. What is it!!

2009 Dec – 2010 Jan: Was caught in the decision of whether to accept C a not.

2010 Dec – 2011 Jan: Was caught in a match matching game by colleagues, trying to persuading oneself to join the “game” a not.

2011 Dec - 2012 Jan: Was caught in a friendship or not situation with mk.

In 2009/2010, the story end with Minz decide to reject C by MIA-ing herself out of his sight. Even up till now, she still feel apologetic to him. Every now and then she still catch a sight of him some where in the organization. 2010 NewYear 过ongyo, YOG 2010, NDP 2011 and even this year 2012 NewYear Gongyo, of which to there in the same train, leaving in the same train again. Of so many pple there, 为什么就那么巧呢？缘分是什么？

2010/2011, well this story end with a back fire. Both of them just is not meant to be each other cup of tea. Not all 冤家 are meant to be together. They can can end up to be the worst ememy ever. Minz and that k fellow, went into a heated argument, well partly it could be both see each other as a candidate, hence take each other words personally, when it come to work, there is always conflicts, it unavoidable, anyway both of them almost kill each other at work. They basically did not talk to each other for almost 6months. Until boss G came to be a peacemaker to solve the 僵硬的局面. Now they are just normal normal colleagues, same thing like usual, they seem to be like rival kind, alway 在斗嘴。But that is all. Not all real life r like drama.

2011/2012, the story which is still ongoing, what will the outcome be, no one knows. He is not like R, or C or D, he is not anyone she has knew, 但他是平凡的。It is true Minz like him, but does he like her a not she doesn't know. He doesn't sms her frequent like C do, or call her like R do, or 献隐情 D do, if he is like K, worst mean he doesn't like her at all. But why does he ask her out for more than twice? Treat her to movie and meals? And once in a blue moon will sms her, but often without following up sms. Whenever Minz thought of this clause, “U can called a date if u wan, but it is just Hanging Out”, she feel like screaming. Should Minz just see him as a very ordinary friend which seek a companion or a potential of Minz should be more initiative?! Minz doesn't know what he is thinking. He is driving her nuts manz!!! F**** If Minz doesn't like him, things will be easier, just 顺其自然咯。But worst Minz crush on him since long before he ask her out. Minz is a ass. If one day she will lost her memory / character / traits, pls take her 花痴 away from her.

How will the story ends, Minz wonders……

Well the summaries of Minz “r/s” for the past 2 years, all end with despairs.

In the year 2012, she hopes she can break out the curse of singlehood. Can she? Will she?

P.S: There’s actually a 小插曲 in 2011, Minz was court by a girl. lol. Of cos she was rejected by Minz, and friend cant continue. Recently they start smsing again, well still friends, but it seem that she still likes Minz, and Minz seriously hope to keep this Friendship. What will the outcome be? Hope she can just stay at that friend position and dun gp overboard again.

In general, he is nice guy la. Feel really comfortable chatting with him. Minz can just b herself. She dun hav to act girly, boyish, interesting or sporting. Just her.

Old Office Status

Minz was told many at her previous work scope has left already due to colleagues.

Except for the boring part, Minz did not know that her job back then was so hard to do or colleague was hard to deal with.

In fact her colleagues are ok, especially the auntie she like best. She may be abit loud, she is motherly and caring, at least she is not scheming, even if she is, is more of a "明刀明枪" kind, still shield-able.

Xmas 2011

A busy christmas this year, which is something very rare for Minz to have. Usually Minz spent her christmas home sleeping, TVing or Cybering. But these straight 3 days she spent at least 12hrs outside. Christmas Eve: Celebrating Sc marriage at a Wedding Lunch at JB. Was so overslept tat mornin, totally freak herself up!
Zhu is the best. Definitely Minz BFF, knew she ll be home geek-ing, invite her to join her for celebration with her sec sch friend. Went for late night movie MI4 after that. Not a bad show nei!
Christmas: gathered withher NDP girls! Minz had a great time ktv-ing and dinner-ing with them.
Post xmas ph: Polyg gathering! As usual the only 4 kittens attend. Good enuff la, small talk. ^_^

A Xmas spent with no regrets - finally.

Smart Minz took a day off after that, she so exhausted after continuous gathering. Hehehee......

Minz 一直耿耿于怀无法赴shoppping之约，终于。。。。。终于在今天，2011的冬至得长所愿。

Finally able to knock off early, and went shopping with Mk. Heheheee……

But just like what he said lor, is not a date, is “Hang Out”!

Well good thing Minz’s 花痴 is gone, and back to calmness, thanks to ghz, else Minz really will look like an idiot.

Unlike some "friend” she has, is always either she got to entertain him, and after that just bye bye and gone. Or she have nothing to said and some has to entertain her instead. Or some just bz boasting themselves kind, all these she described as the one way communication. Or even with 2-way, most of the time is like sharing work issues, work/school related kind. Or some time gossiping… is really tired holding such communication.

It’s really comfortable chatting with him. He don’t boast like some guys she knows (or maybe Minz was not the girl he want to impress himself to，hahaaaa…), and make u wow and like he from a altas different world kind, 他就是一个很平凡的人咯! 就因为平凡，让你觉得很有亲切感。而例外的是，平凡却不苦闷。

Basically they can talk about any topics under the sun. From movies, to food, to travel, to family, to sport and to dogs (though both of them do not own any, hahaaa). And it not like 1 way lor, he talked she ll listen with interests, she talked he ll listen as well. 很久，Minz没有遇到像这样的朋友了 and some more 异性。And when they got lost in ION, they can find the place together, with no complaints, with patient etc. Something different. And most important he is gentlemanly lor. He will open out the way for her while having her behind him shielding her away from crowd. Heheeee…… maybe guys born in 70s are more gentleman ba.

Minz just receive a message from him to thanks for being a shopping Kaki today with him. Well Minz do admit she could be a good shopping kaki, she do give opinions (although not alot but better than nothin), help u check size, hold ur stuff etc (like gf like that lei) LOL. Ok she is being BHB.

But maybe he is older, 14yrs more of salt and rice than she or have knew, the way to behave, the way to see things is different ba.

Whatever it is, it is more than just a crush now. Haaaaa…… Hope at least to build a real friendship out of it, instead of just colleagues. It is good to have such a friend that you feel borderless.

It seem that every week there will be case of Minz being forgotten.

5th Dec, Minz was forgotten, and did not receive any notice on the rehearsal.

16th Dec, Minz was invited yet was also forgotten to be informed on the change of timing. Then next time don’t invited! She end up asking her mum not to cook that day and went back home to eat cold rice.

20th Dec, was forgotten, and went out for lunch w/o her. And 10 minutes ago all will still having meeting together, it doesn't make any sense of that u have forget abt it. It seem more on purpose.

Ok she know there are very very small issues. But subsequence like this, it can affect her too.
She can’t stop thinking: “Oh Minz is invisible.”
“Oh, she has become so insignificance.”
“Oh, Minz is become a pest”

Weird Dream

Minz had a weird dream this morning. She dreamed she specially left office early today so to go rehearsal. When she reached hm her family and relative was bbq-ing at her hse. She happily eat and eat till she miss the time, was 9pm when she realise l, her rehearsal start at 8pm. She was so damn late, she rushed into her room trying to get change. Her room was suddenly with a extra space, a balcony! Her balcony window was facing a large basketball court. The ball hit onto the window, weird when was Minz living at the 1st floor? She into the balcony to find it was occupied by her neighbour. They are bbq something. Some weird looking animal, look like cat, rabbits and deer. Yeeks! What was that. Nightmare after holidays.

Upon coming back from holiday, u see everyone in exhaustion mode. Was told a lot of issues came out while Minz was away. Sudden request of new reports, safety alert, ops hiccup etc.
Upon 2nd day of work, the tension start building up. Time was not enough at all, existing reports and new reports. How to finish all at once?!
Are all jobs meant to like this? Is this norm? Or just unhealthy.

And today minz fell from her illusions. All was just been a lie?
Situation was nv resolve forever building up and worse.
Was it her problem or the whole culture's.
She live at far west and her demand her to arrive by 8am at the far east. AND NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION! Minz was working as late as 11.30pm ytd, and u want me to reach by 8. Working later is her owns faults so it not company's and must follow the rules. What the!!! Have u ever went back to root cause to understand the reason. All is pour pour pour into the load in.

Recently Minz was just been informed she had a pay raised. About 12% more.

Well…… it was sudden, and to have something in middle of no where of the year, it really a blessing. Of what know, no one has it at the mmt, or maybe perhaps i the last. LoL.

Anyway i glad, really glad.

But also at this point of time, Ray recommend me to join his company. He’s doing well, and he believe it will benefit me too. I have trust in him, may not be the best but i believe he want the better for me.

Next my vendor invite me to join her company. There a new project going on, may be assist to lead the project as one of pioneer. Is something she is slightly good at too, IT and CS system. Wondering…… should she venture out?

This pay raised sure come in the “right” time. It just made things more complicated. More pondering for Minz to decide. “” Hahaaa…””

I do say she is sure a proud and arrogant person, she is very different from many of ssa pple i have met.

Well in a way it could be good, to open my perception and looking at thing more realistically.

Minz is just too naive at times. Having to took things to this state simplicity. Nothing is perfect ba. Well is good to point that out to me, at least to prevent me to fallen into some stupid imagination world of which Minz have created for herself to believe. Such a good example of Mr. B, one with motive to make use of kaiken to attain his motives.

P2 could be a great friend, but the recent sy case kinda freak her out. A Letter of 1 yr

It took Minz 1 year to have the courage to read that mail of confession. Well… not exactly reading it on purpose, she stumbled across it by accident while clearing her mailbox. =P

Back then, she doesn't have the courage to face the mail, though she has not read it, she more or less would have guess the content. And she is unable to give a positive answer.

Minz is kinda of touch upon reading the mail, but she has no answer for it even till now - a positive answer.

Minz never expects she would be someone’s dream gal, and she never expected she would be one who is unique and special in one’s eyes. She always sees herself as a plain Jane, so ordinary that can just resemble anyone who u can see on the street (is a fact, there many pple who come to her and said “Eh she resembles or look like someone i know!” -_- ).

He is not one who always just stay at home, in fact of her observation, he seem to come across many women in his life, well at least she seldom sees him mixing around with guys. So of someone of such exposures, what made Minz unique in his eyes?

Minz seriously found it weird, and unbelievable, anyway she no longer believes Love At First Sight now… she will not take anyone words as easy as she used to already.

Well it’s been a year ++ since that little story, she believes the letter no longer valid anyway.

有很多人都劝Minz不该把大多的时间都放在工作上，因为在人生里有更多更值得让她在乎地。

Minz 并不是个工作狂，她并不那么热爱工作。

她只是想要逃避现实。。。

逃避着原来她人生是非常空白，乏味的事实。

Most of my friends are working toward money only , nothing but money. Yes, by right, in a work, it should be like this.
So many have told me: "they hold u without giving u anything, why are u staying??!! Yes i ask myself too, but unfortunately i am just not them, i am a idiot who did not see the money.

Every time i chant, things may not be better but on a ok mode,it make feels "Hmmm, maybe i should continue to stay, well at least after the crisis".

Whenever i stopped, all the ugly truths afloat, i cant help feeling like a idiot doing all these stuffs.

Yes, Ghz has given me the lucks and drive to work through the obstacles.
But after working all these obstacles lei? I cant see anything ahead except for fire fighting ongoing, ytd was area R, today is area K, and some more such a big fire it burn up to the customer's side, i can tell u the next to come will be area W. With all the fire fightings, can i learn anything? The crisis? A new account can only be stabilize after 2 more years, do i have such a time to waste here?

I doing HR jobs like almost everyday, no one tell me whether i doing the right thing or not. But if i dun do, the staffs is like left there hanging, at this point of time, consoling them is impt, as everyone is so exhausted.
At least to tell them u are not forgotten. Am i doing the right thing?

i am just so lost, becos everyone is just busying firefighting, who cares abt u.

PMinz finally submit her first ever resignation letter directly to her 2 bosses. She tender 2 days in advance of her initial planned date. With all her courage, she voices out her script of which she been thinking for months.

She got turn down. Both her bosses want her to leave for the right reasons. She was advised not to quit to think but to b assure wat she wants and of a better prospect. She knows her bosses is for her own goods, but she is really tired.

She was suggested to take a break instead.
